Product Introduction and Application Scope


WQR/QG sewage submersible hot water electric pump is successfully developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technologies of similar foreign products. It can work continuously in high-temperature 100℃ sewage. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, anti-blocking, anti-entanglement, high efficiency, small footprint, flexible pipeline layout, stable operation, and is equipped with an electric pump automatic protection control system.


This product is mainly used for steel mills and power plants for hot water treatment. It can also be used in sewage treatment plants, municipal engineering, hospitals, buildings, hotels, restaurants, subways and other fields. In the occasions of discharging sewage, sludge, domestic sewage with solid particles and various long-fiber garbage, it has passing and cutting performance. The product has a discharge water diameter of 100 mm, a flow rate of 200 m3/h, a head of 25 meters, a power of 15 kilowatts, a passing solid particle diameter of 35 mm, and a whole machine weight of 295 kg.


Structural features and improvements


Cutting type non-clogging impeller


The impeller adopts a cutting semi-open double-blade structure, which has anti-clogging and anti-winding characteristics, eliminating the risk of blockage when pumping sewage containing particles and fibers.


The pump casing liner is provided with a release groove, which forms a sharp ligament after processing. The combination of the impeller and the pump casing liner can cut off the fibrous material to ensure that there is no winding or blockage during operation. In order to give full play to the performance of the release groove, the design is improved and the release groove is appropriately extended to the middle position of the impeller inlet, so that the impeller can capture the fibrous material at any time during the rotation process, guide it to the edge of the impeller, cut it off and throw it out. In the event of partial blockage during the operation of the pump, resulting in efficiency loss, it is convenient and fast to remove the debris without disassembling the water pump, maintaining a high efficiency. The cutting gap can be adjusted manually, which is simple, fast, convenient and reliable. The impeller designed with no overload theory can ensure that the electric pump is used safely within the full range of lift without the phenomenon of motor overload or motor burning due to low lift.


The built-in closed system cools the motor in time to ensure safe operation of the electric pump under low water level conditions.




High temperature resistant submersible hot water motor with F-class insulation


The submersible motor adopts high temperature design, with insulation class F, strong high temperature resistance and stable operating performance, which can ensure that the motor can withstand medium temperature up to 155℃. When conveying high temperature sewage (usually around 100℃) in working state, the motor has a greater safety factor. The advanced insulating resin dripping process produces fewer bubbles and better insulation effect. The stator is installed in the casing by cold pressing full contact. The two are tightly combined, with good heat transfer performance and anti-rotation function, and the external positioning screws are cancelled, eliminating the possibility of leakage.



Integral insert type mechanical seal


The seal adopts integral insert type mechanical seal, and the wear-resistant material is a combination of tungsten carbide and alloy, which greatly prolongs the service life of the grinding block. In addition, the integral seal assembly has the advantages of convenience, speed, and the sealing end face is not damaged.

Monitoring system for submersible motors


The stator winding of the motor is equipped with a thermal protection switch. Once the current is abnormal or the machine is overheated, the thermal switch will send a signal to notify the control system and cut off the power supply. There is a leakage monitoring device in the stator chamber. If the grinding block is damaged or leakage occurs due to other reasons, the leakage monitoring device will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the motor.
